Gruppo Cimbali updated its presence at HOST 2009 with a stand of 500 m2. From 23 to 27 October, the company will be presenting its latest products at this major biennial exhibition. On show will be Q10, the new super-automatic compact machine and the M39 GT featuring an innovative thermal system. Q10, the new-generation, small foot print super-automatic machine, can prepare a complete menu thanks to the use of solubles, and is designed for locations with a production rate of less than 100 beverages. The machine is simple to maintain, and feature a new variable-chamber coffee brewing group, for the optimal extraction of any kind of beverage. It also features the MilkPS system, with a built-in gear pump so that cappuccinos and other drinks based on frothed milk can be prepared at the touch of a button. The delivery spout is height-adjustable to allow the use of cups or glasses up to 14.5 cm high. Also on show will be the M39 GT with its exclusive heating system (patent pending). The system consists of a 10 litre boiler fitted with two traditional Cimbali heat exchangers operating in series, and independent heat-controlled chambers for each group. The system guarantees excellent heat stability, independent, instantly-adjustable temperature for each unit, maximum productivity thanks to the patented Smart Boiler software (30% more hot water and steam), and versatility. It can produce professional beverages from espresso to café crème. The graphic display shows the water temperature, delivery time and boiler pressure.
