- 25g blueberry topping
- Ethiopia recommended double espresso (50ml)
- 50g cold-frothed milk
- Ground cinnamon to taste
- Blueberries to taste
Pour the blueberry topping onto the bottom of the glass, smearing the edges at the bottom (about halfway up). Make a double espresso and add the cold-frothed milk. Decorate with a sprinkling of cinnamon and blueberries to taste.
