A BLUEBERRY AND CINNAMON-SCENTED DESERT ROSE.

Ingredients

  1. 25g blueberry topping
  2. Ethiopia recommended double espresso (50ml)
  3. 50g cold-frothed milk
  4. Ground cinnamon to taste
  5. Blueberries to taste

Instructions

Pour the blueberry topping onto the bottom of the glass, smearing the edges at the bottom (about halfway up). Make a double espresso and add the cold-frothed milk. Decorate with a sprinkling of cinnamon and blueberries to taste.
