AMARETTI, WHITE CHOCOLATE AND PEACH. COFFEE-BASED REFINEMENT.

Ingredients

  1. 15g peach and saffron topping
  2. 4/5 peach cubes (fresh or in syrup)
  3. 1 Brazil recommended espresso coffee (25ml)
  4. 15g cold-frothed milk
  5. White chocolate topping to taste
  6. 2 amaretti
  7. Saffron threads to taste
  8. 1 slice of fresh or dried peach

Instructions

Pour the peach and saffron topping onto the bottom of the glass. Add the peach cubes. Make the espresso (better directly in the glass). Then pour in the cold-frothed milk. Gently cover the entire surface with white chocolate topping to create a compact layer. Crumble the amaretto and use it to decorate, add the saffron threads, a slice of peach and a whole amaretto as desired.
