NOTES OF MANGO AND COCONUT. EXOTIC PASSION WITH EVERY SIP.

Ingredients

  1. Fruit jelly (preferably spray) or honey
  2. Ground coconut to taste
  3. 40g Oriental topping (with tropical fruits)
  4. 20g mango cubes
  5. Ethiopia recommended double espresso (50ml)
  6. 55g cold-frothed milk
  7. Vanilla topping to taste
  8. Almond flakes to taste
  9. Lime peel to taste
  10. Vanilla pod
  11. Dried fruit to taste

Instructions

Arrange the fruit jelly on the edge of the glass (or, alternatively, brush the glass with honey), along with the ground coconut. Add the oriental topping on the bottom, as well as a little on the edges. Add the mango cubes. Make a double espresso and pour it into the glass. Then add the cold-frothed milk and vanilla topping. Garnish with almond flakes. Use the vanilla pod as a stick to insert the dried fruit and add it as a decoration. Finish with grated lime zest.
