- 7g cocoa biscuit
- 10g Oriental topping (with tropical fruits)
- 10g cold-frothed milk
- 1 Brazil recommended espresso coffee (25ml)
- Ground cinnamon to taste
- Coffee bean or cinnamon stick for decoration
Crumble the biscuit on the bottom. Add some Oriental topping to cover the biscuit (or, alternatively, prepare the mixture separately and add it to the glass). Make an espresso flavoured with cinnamon (by directly adding the cinnamon to the filter holder with the ground coffee) and pour it into the glass. Pour in the cold-frothed milk. Finally, decorate with the Oriental topping, the coffee bean or a cinnamon stick.
