FRESH AND SUGARY. THE LEGEND OF CUBA IN A GLASS.

Ingredients

  1. 20g mint topping
  2. Ethiopia recommended double-shot espresso (50ml)
  3. 55g cold-frothed milk
  4. Brown sugar to taste
  5. Grated lime peel to taste
  6. 1 sprig of mint leaves

Instructions

Pour the mint topping onto the bottom and sides of the glass and do the same with the brown sugar so that it sticks. Make a double espresso and pour it into the glass. Grate the lime peel, then pour in the cold-frothed milk. Add a pinch of grated lime and finally decorate with the mint leaf.
