ORANGE, SUGAR AND SALT. A MIX THAT AMAZES AND DELIGHTS.

Ingredients

  1. 40g mou topping
  2. Salt flakes to taste
  3. 8 pralined peanuts
  4. 1 Brazil recommended espresso coffee (25ml)
  5. 55g cold-frothed milk
  6. 1 slice of dried orange

Instructions

Pour the mou topping onto the bottom of the glass, add the salt flakes and half of the previously crumbled pralined peanuts. Make an espresso (better directly in the glass) and pour in the cold-frothed milk. Garnish with the remaining peanuts, salt flakes and a slice of dried orange.
